"Create new poll"
Polls would be nice, especially with the elections and such -- "who do you think will win in state X" and so forth.

I started installing the poll plugin but this version of punbb is so out of date that I ran into some problems. I'll need to upgrade everything first.

You say that like it's a problem. It's an open forum and libbies are allowed here, but very few have enough sack to stick around. There are a few (peoples army, Charles Taylor, ID, , and others), but I think they're avoiding you at them moment. FTR, I know how they feel. There are a few people around here on my side of the spectrum that I avoid associating with because they embarrass me.

As I predicted, the only poll showed John McCain had a HUGE number of votes to win the popular election and electoral votes.
I wonder what poll they were basing that on? Oh that's right- they don't use polls, science, math, or reason. Just their own gut feeling- that Barack Obama, oh wait I'm sorry- "BHO" would loose because he's so evil.
this place is a joke, the poll proved exactly what I said would happen

Only partly true. There are plenty who register here and are welcomed, regardless of affiliation. If they come in full of piss and vinegar, don't argue in good faith and insult other members by calling them a "cunt" because they can't seem to maintain some civility, we show them the door.

Quite the contrary, we want other views expressed here in an adult manner. We have had plenty of folks register with the same style, substance and flair that you bring and they grow tired having their positions shot full of holes and usually go back to other forums where their views are applauded, contrary discussions are dismissed and users banned. democraticunderground comes to mind. Feel free to head over there, you will be welcomed. Be sure to tell them that you infilitrated a Rethuglican forum and were banned for opposing viewpoints, they will honor you and stroke your ego.
