Ever had to argue in front of this guy, Matt?
There's something funny about this picture of the Ohio judge who on Tuesday threw out Ohio's death penalty procedure. But I can't quite put my finger on it...

I'm guessing that we just haven't heard about the complaint to the Disciplinary Counsel yet. Other judges have been publicly repremanded for less clearly using the prestige of their office to endorse political candidates.
