I looked him up.  He drew (and I actually read) the Kingdom Come DC series, which wasn't bad actually - basically, it's a story about the Justice League 20 years into the future, where superpowered humans have become as common (and more dangerous) than normal street gangs in major cities today.  Incredibly bleak though, which fits the guy's apparent psychosis.  There's no denying he's a terrific artist.  Too bad he's such a complete loon.  The Obama pic -was- funny though, if he hadn't almost certainly drawn it seriously, I'd have expected to see something like it on Scrappleface or the Cube.
