Ha! Ha!
A department that I use to work with years ago but has since gone under countless changes and leadership shifts has recently moved onto the floor in which I’m located. Their new manager is a young fresh out of college fellow with bright eyes and a can-do attitude. The other day the entire team all gathered round in the center of the floor for some sort of event. I thought it must have been some awards show or such as there was much hand clapping.
Then, again, the same gathering the next day, yesterday.
And then again today.
So, I asked one of the peoples over there, Do you folks have this kumbaya everyday?
They looked up and through solemn eyes nodded an affirmative.
I couldn’t help it but to laugh at the poor sod. 
Does anybody really think this sort of new age soul building really work? I mean other than psychiatrists, human resource directors, and yoga fanatics?
Give beer to those who are perishing, wine to those who are in anguish; let them drink and forget their poverty and remember their misery no more.
Do you ever wonder if animals masturbate?

When I think team-building, I think happy hour on the company tab*.
* And just today I approved one of my managers expensing a $1080 bar tab to take about 10 of the Brazilian contingent out for a good time.
