WTF?!
I'm thinking I'd be charged with vehicular assault shortly thereafter.

assuming that it's not staged or fake, i admit that would have ended really nasty if i was the driver of that car. it would have been even nastier if i had a CCW. there isn't a single part about that where the driver of that car couldn't have justified turning that guy's head into something that resembles a 4 foot wide plate of spaghetti.
if you're stuck in that situation you have no idea if there's a handgun that's about to follow that lead pipe he's smashing the car with.

i've seen people "freeze up" when in danger because they didn't know what to do. one reason i don't think it was staged is because that's a pretty expensive stunt to pull on a car.
why was there a crowbar there? we didn't see the real intro to the video and for all we know he's had it there for a long while.

That's what I'm thinking. I would have backed over his ass.

It's HIS corner, maybe he always stashes his crowbar there? That was pretty fucked up but sadly not surprising.

Obviously the video was setup and the guy had some idea of what he was about to do. I think the driver was an innocent victim, but given the crowbard was already there and the film was rolling, it would be pretty easy to charge intent.
