Sp Laura and I were taking a little trip yesterday on one of the few roads in Houston with toll booths.  We get into a lane marked "Exact Change" where there was only one car in line and it looked like they were throwing their change into the basket so we figured there wouldn't be any wait.  The gate didn't open up and the driver started staring at the post where the basket was.  There's several other people in the car and they all seem to be in a heated discussion about what they did wrong.  At this point we noticed the Mexico license plate and we were really getting annoyed since we'd been sitting there nearly a minute at this point.  Well, the driver then opens his door and reaches into the basket and pulls out a dollar bill.  We got such a good laugh out of it we didn't mind waiting a little longer as they scrambled to throw every piece of change they could find in their car until they finally hit the magic number.
